Angewandte Festival 29.6-2.7.2021: Excavations

Co-Corporeality

As part of the Angewandte Festival the team exhibited a collection of objects and installations from the unfinished project.

The first installment of “Excavations'' is narrated by conversations on connections between humans, machines and microbes, and modes of embodied and extended sensing. These conversations connect and frame the initial installments of the project Co-Corporeality. An interface is in development to establish non-verbal conversation between species. Tools, data and living actors are waiting to be observed.

Co-Corporeality

Co-Corporeality addresses responsive spaces in the era of biomediality with the aim to establish an interaction between a human and a living material. We are specifically interested in developing a responsive environment within an architectural space that interacts, learns, grows and decays in relation to human presence and behaviour.
